Call and Missed Call Heatmap Examples

When your phones are busy, and when callers are going unanswered.

A heatmap answers a staffing question in one look. These show calls and missed calls by hour of day and day of week. The in-queue view separates callers who reached the queue and still were not answered from callers who hung up before they got there.

FAQ

Common questions

It takes a caller around 12 seconds to reach a queue, longer with a press-1 menu. Callers who hang up before that are a different problem from callers who waited in the queue and were not answered.
