Agent Activity Dashboard Example

Who is working, who is not, and how each agent’s calls went.

For remote and hybrid call teams, the question is often simply who is available. This dashboard shows each agent’s current state and a timeline of state changes, next to calls, misses, and talk time per agent. It is built on CallTrackingMetrics, which reports agent state.
