What phone systems does the widget poll?

CallTrackingMetrics, CallRail, Nextiva queues, Twilio TaskRouter, and any phone system with a queue status API.

Will it hammer the phone system API?

No. We cache the response on our server for a few seconds, so even if 50 TVs are watching, your phone system only sees a few requests per minute.

Can we hide caller numbers for privacy?

Yes. Last 4 digits is the default. You can also show city/state only, or hide identifying info entirely and just show counts.

Does the widget work offline?

No. It requires an internet connection. If connectivity is a concern we can configure fallback behavior.
