Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TrussCharts website at trusscharts.com and the dashboard products delivered to paying clients. TrussCharts is a product of Journeys Through Search ("JTS").

Website use

You may browse this website, submit the contact form, and read our blog freely. You agree not to attempt to access non-public portions of the site or interfere with its operation.

Dashboard clients

Separate from these website terms, dashboard clients sign a Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) that govern scope, deliverables, fees, data handling, and termination. In case of conflict, the SOW/MSA controls over these website terms for client relationships.

Pricing

Our standard pricing structure for custom dashboards consists of:

• A one-time setup fee based on scope.
• A monthly team license covering access for your whole team.
• A monthly monitoring and maintenance fee.
• Change fees for scope beyond our standard update cycle.

Hosting is included. Per-seat fees are not charged.

Intellectual property

TrussCharts retains ownership of the underlying codebase, components, and infrastructure. Clients receive a license to use the dashboard built for them for the duration of their active subscription. Client data remains the property of the client.

Hosting

Dashboards are hosted on a dedicated subdomain of trusscharts.com (for example, yourcompany.trusscharts.com). We provide the hosting, SSL, monitoring, and backups. We do not currently offer self-hosted deployments.

Service level

We aim for high uptime and will communicate about outages promptly. Specific SLA terms, when applicable, are set in client SOWs.

Termination

Dashboard subscriptions can be terminated with notice as specified in the client SOW. At termination, we provide the client with a reasonable export of their aggregated dashboard data and shut down their dashboard.

Disclaimers

The website and dashboards are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and uptime but do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Clients are responsible for independently verifying critical business decisions made from dashboard data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrussCharts and JTS are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability under any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms. Updates are reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
